My company is planning to organise a fundraiser event for a charity for homeless people that we support. I’ve been assigned to lead the planning process, and one of my friends said that it’s best if we hire an expert in event management for this. She even suggested one of these online event management companies her company previously hired. I’ve seen the event management company’s website and portfolio and they seem good. But is it really okay to hire online event management companies? Or should I look for local ones instead?
