What are your tips to capture the perfect event photos ?

I’m actually an event organiser, not a photographer. But I’ve worked with this event photographer many times now so I know some tips that might help you out. First and foremost, being totally prepared is very important. Do your research about the event, create a photography list (a checklist of the images you need to capture during the event) in advance, and of course, dress appropriately for the event. Next is you need to have the right gear. Do you need an external power flash or a reflector? Do you have spare memory cards and batteries? Also, figure out the right lighting. For instance, if you’re covering outdoor events like sport festivals, natural light is always the best option. As for indoors like corporate events or weddings, artificial light or external flash is the way to go. I hope this helps!
